A former apricot farm, Mas Noell is situated just outside of the village of St Cyprien and is very fortunate to be only 8 minutes from the Port and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. For families and couples alike,it is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing holiday and discover the many attractions of the area from the lovely coast line to the superb back drop of the Pyrenees. The coast from St Cyprien to the Spanish border is dotted with many charming fishing villages, Collioure being the most famous, and rocky coves, perfect for diving and snorkelling. There is also an abundance of excellent restaurants. There is no need to get bored; St Cyprien has an international golf course, water park and go karting. We can also provide Scuba diving , with qualified divers, in conjunction with local English speaking diving school.

The region has a lot to offer with its crafts, markets, scenery and of course the wine. Close to Perpignan and Spain.

Large swimming pool 14 x 6.5 m, children's play area, badminton and basket ball nets, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a large barn housing satellite TV, table tennis, table foot ball and pool table.
