There is a kitchen/diner/lounge on ground level that has a well appointed kitchen section with a four burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining table and chairs with a matching dresser, very comfortable upholstered cane sofa and armchairs as well as a colour TV. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A few steps lead down to a bathroom with bath / shower, WC, vanity unit, large fitted wardrobe and airing cupboard. A short flight of open tread stairs leads up from the living room to the double bedded mezzanine sleeping area from which another two short flights of stairs lead to the second bedroom which has three single beds and is situated in the roof. There is a gas barbecue and garden furniture. All linen included.
