    This is entered from a small private gate at the rear on the left of which it has a fenced off lawned private garden area with hard wood furniture, sunshade and gas barbecue. On the ground floor is a kitchen / dining area with sink unit and various cupboards, four burner gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The shower room with WC , marble vanity unit and clothes hanging cupboard is also located on the ground floor off the kitchen. Open tread stairs lead up into the spacious and comfortable bed / sitting area with double bed at one end, double sofabed and colour TV at the other end. Close by is a large full height window which opens on to a gallery rail overlooking the main garden. All linen is included.
