A set of stone steps leads up from the attractive courtyard to a tiled mezzanine terrace with a large teak table, parasol, chairs and Jarra wood gas barbecue trolley. The terrace is set out with trees, a grape vine and planters with flowers. Continuing up from the terrace you reach the main door which has a small stone balcony with table and chairs. Through the door is an oak beamed room containing to the right a new fully equipped kitchen with larder and including an American fridge, dish washer, washing machine,gas cooker with hob and a microwave. To the left of the door is the dining area and ahead is a wide stone fireplace fitted with an attractive glass fronted wood burner in brass. Two wooden steps to the left of the fireplace lead through to the similarly beamed salon which is furnished with two very comfortable light gold settees and matching arm chair, colour TV, oak dresser and desk.
To the rear of the salon is a wooden spiral staircase which leads both up and down. At the head of the stairs on the second floor is a very light spacious landing area which is furnished as a single bedroom and through which is a bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet, marble topped basin vanity unit as well as a fitted wardrobe. Through this bathroom is the luxuriously appointed, double bedded light and airy master bedroom which has an attractive traditional exposed beam ceiling.
Descending from the salon to the ground floor there is a large third bedroom with a beamed ceiling. This room contains three single beds, a wardrobe, and an ensuite shower room with hand basin and toilet. There are Norman style French window doors leading out on to the courtyard. All linen included.
